About Natural Health Solutions

Natural Health Solutions (NHS) founder Stephanie Gunning holds a bachelors degree in Social Sciences as well as a diploma in Holistic Foot Reflexology. She has always had an interest in and participated in natural health and wellness techniques.  After an unfulfilling career in the high-tech industry, Stephanie switched her focus to combine her love of working with people with her keen interest in natural heath and wellness, and NHS was born!
 
We currently offer Holistic Foot Reflexology and Ionized Foot Detoxification as well as In-Home Relaxation retreats with our healing partner Ginger Pickles Rustic Art Studio.
